1.Operating courses and means of transportation.
Beijing (China)-Erlian-Dzamynude(Mongolia)-Sain Shando-Ulan Bator, with 1500km for its whole course Supervised by Customs and taken carriage type wagons as transportation means.
Common transportation needs about 10 days for arriving.
Quick transportation needs 5 to 7 days for arriving.
2.Procedure Division of Beijing East Suburbs Railway Station can be made in local customs or after transported directly to Beijing complete the procedures for dispatch.
1).For the ordinary cargo exported from the region of Beijing the formalities of customs declaration should be completed at Section 2 of Customs Railway Supervision Division of Beijing East Suburbs Railway Station can be made in local customs or after transported directly to Beijing complete the procedures for dispatch.
2).For the goods transited from the Port of Xingang Tianjin to Mogolia, application for supervision to Beijing can be made at Xingang Customs, transit to Ulan Bator.
3).Private baggage tourism commodities can be carried by the owner with himself along with the liner to Dzamynude.Mogolia, and the owner should complete the formalities based on pass port and invoice; In case of the goods owner not supervise the goods with himself along with the liner, he should complete the procedures with the photocopies of passport and invoice ,and the goods would be dispatched to Ulan Bator.
4).After arriving at Beijing Airport, we transport the goods to the Custom Supervision Warehouse, and then go through the dispatch procedure.

b. For articles of foreign tourists: passport, authorized letter customes declaration, packing list, formal purchasing invoice, measurement & weight of the goods; address, telephone number and postcode of the consignee.
c. For people from Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macao and foreigners: passport, residence permit, working certificate, authorized letter of customs declaration, packing list, measurement & weight of the goods; address, telephone number and postcode of the consignee.
d.For embasssy's goods: customs permit, authorized letter of customs declaration, packing list, measurement & weight of the goods; address, telephone number and postcode of the consignee.
2.The fee
Inland freight, Ocean freight, booking charge, delivery charge, packing charge, declaration charge, inspection charge, insurance fee, fumigation fee, seaport charge and the fee occurred in the destination.
